- 4 tablespoons honey
- 4 tablespoons dry sherry
- 4 tablespoons chili sauce
- 1/2 tablespoons black pepper
- 1/2 tablespoons fresh ginger root
- 1/2 tablespoons Chinese five spice powder
- 1 clove garlic minced
