Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons dried sage
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl and use as a marinade for fish. Marinate fish for 1 to 2 hours but no more.
