TomKattt calls this his "unsophisticated" marinade, because it's so basic. What you'll end up with is a good salt flavor combined with oil to seal in the juices of whatever you use it on.
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 10 minutes
Yield: Makes about 1 cup
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup salad oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- Lemon Pepper to taste (or whatever other seasonings you like. Plain salt and pepper is fine, too.)
Preparation:
Just mix and marinate. I love this with rib-eyes and porterhouses. Like I said, simple and easy. Weber has a similar recipe with red wine vinegar, but I prefer it without the vinegar.
