News: USDA Changes Recommended Internal Temperature of Whole Cuts of Pork
The USDA has finally announced that pork is as safe to eat as any other cut of meat by changing the recommended internal cooking temperature for whole cuts of pork from 160 degrees F. (71 degrees C.) to 145 degrees F. (63 degrees C.) just like beef and lamb.
