Grilled Chili Glazed Fresh Ham

By Derrick Riches, About.com Guide

This grilled ham recipe uses a boneless pork leg instead of a precooked ham.

Prep Time: 12 minutes

Cook Time: 2 hours, 00 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 4-5 pound boneless fresh ham, or pork leg
  • 1 cup chili sauce
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard

Preparation:

Preheat grill on medium-low heat. Place ham on rotisserie. Create a foil drip pan underneath ham. Cover and grill ham for 2 hours or until internal temperature reached between 155-165 degrees F. While ham is cooking, combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Baste ham with mixture frequently during the last hour of grilling. Remove ham from grill and rotisserie and let sit for 15 minutes before carving.
