Cook Time: 2 hours
Total Time: 2 hours, 12 minutes
Yield: Serves 6 to 8
Ingredients:
- 1 4-5 pound boneless fresh ham, or pork leg
- 1 cup chili sauce
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
Preparation:
Preheat grill on medium-low heat. Place ham on rotisserie. Create a foil drip pan underneath ham. Cover and grill ham for 2 hours or until internal temperature reached between 155-165 degrees F.
