These burgers are stuffed with pine nuts and spices and have a great Moroccan flavor. This is truly a unique burger.

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 4 tablespoons pine nuts, toasted
- 8 dried apricots, chopped
- zest of 1/2 lemon, finely grated
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Preparation:
Preheat grill. Combine all ingredients and divide into patties about 1 inch thick. Place patties on hot grill and grill for about 1 to 2 minutes per side or until done.
