This hamburger recipe really pushes the limits of what you can do with the same old ground beef. The distinctly Asian flavors in this burger will amaze people. You can take this burger bun-less by wrapping it up in lettuce leaves.

Yield: Makes 4 1/3-pound burgers
Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 pounds ground beef
- 6 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 4 teaspoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons fresh coriander, chopped
- 2 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 lettuce leaves
Preparation:
Combine peanut butter, sour cream, 1 tablespoon of lime juice and 2 teaspoons soy sauce. Mix until smooth. In a separate bowl combine ground beef, 2 teaspoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon lime juice, coriander, ginger and red pepper flakes. Kneed together and form into patties. Preheat grill. Place patties on grill and cook until done. Remove from grill, place on buns, and top with peanut sauce and lettuce.
