Good change up but not my favorite, Member wsmith84

I approached this recipe with mixed feelings which remained after eating the finished product. I appreciate the unique approach to preparing the burger and it did taste good especially since I liked all the herbs involved. Due to time and budgetary restraints I had to leave out the chives and the rest of the herbs were dried. The one problem which I doubt would be solved with fresh herbs is that I had to struggle to savor the ground beef which was diluted and/or overpowered by the other ingredients. I will use this recipe again though with a little less egg, bread, and herbs.
