Do You Rotisserie?
The other day I got an email from an inventor friend of mine who has been working on something really cool for gas grills. Anyway, he was asking about the popularity of rotisseries. Unfortunately there really isn't hard numbers on the usage of a lot of grill accessories for the industry to look at.

Are you cooking out more or less than you were a year ago?
According to surveys people cook out more and more every year. This change in barbecue and grilling habits are in part brought to us by improved availability of outdoor cooking products and in part by a movement to the "outdoor room" where we entertain more and more.
