See the latest products or Home Depot Gas Grills for 2014.

The line up of Gas Grill at Home Depot for 2013 relies heavily on Weber for higher end products and Brinkmann for the lower priced grills. Prices range from $99 to $900USD in most stores with a wide selection of sizes and features. Amongst these grills you will find one with a built in smoker, a number of Char-Broil's infrared gas grills, a nearly complete selection of Weber Grills. Availability of products depends on location.

1. Maxfire Torch 2-Burner Gas Grill Model #810-9213-SB

Maxfire Torch 2-Burner Model #810-9213-SB
Brinkmann Corporation
This is about as basic a gas grill as you are going to get. For about $100 you get two burners in a metal box. That's it. Of course the advantage is that this grill has few parts to fail. Of course this grill lacks quality as much as it does feature. The burners are lightweight, poor grade metal and will probably only last a year or two. On the other hand, for the price you can get a grill for the season that will do a decent job of grilling burgers and hot dogs. Don't expect it to cook well. The heat is low and uneven, but you can't beat the price.

2. Brinkmann 2-Burner Red Model# 810-4220-S

Brinkmann 2-Burner Red Model# 810-4220-S
Brinkmann Corporation
You go to all the trouble of designing and building the cheapest gas grill possible and then add in a side burner that most people who buy this grill will never use. Weighing around 53 pounds, this is nearly the cheapest grill on the market, but I would still recommend finding one without the side burner (unless is it something definitely necessary). After all, since this is practically a disposable gas grill, why waste money and metal on a side burner if all it is going to get used for it grilling hamburgers and hot dogs.

3. Brinkmann 2-Burner Portico Collection Model# 810-3260-S

Brinkmann 2-Burner Portico Collection Gas Grill Model# 810-3260-S
Brinkmann Corporation
The Brinkmann Portico collection are the latest entrants into the "patio" grill category. These smaller, but full height grills are perfect for the person who doesn't need to grill for more than a couple of people and who don't have the space for a large grill. This is a low cost and lower quality version of this grill. This 2-burner, no frills, gas grill sells exclusively at Home Depot for $140USD.

4. Brinkmann Professional 3-Burner Model# 810-3330-S

Brinkmann Professional 3-Burner Model# 810-3330-S
Brinkmann Corporation
This gas grill is where Brinkmann starts getting closer to a good grill. Without all the extras and stainless steel, this is a basic grill that is close to being worth the price. Typically of these style of grills, the internal components are thin and lightweight, meaning that they won't last very long, but it just might be long enough for you to get your moneys worth.

5. Char-Broil Classic 2-Burner Model# 463650413

Char-Broil Classic 2-Burner Model# 463650413
Char-Broil LLC.
For several years, Char-Broil has been offering these small, 2-burner gas grills. Typically they use one of Char-Broil's infrared technology. This model, however is a classic, meaning it is a standard gas grill with an open cooking grate over the two burners. This, of course, means that it sells for less, around $180USD at Home Depot. This does provide a low cost version of these small space grills for people who don't have a large patio on which to grill. The construction is typical of Char-Broil and is a combination of low grade stainless and powder coated steel.

6. Brinkmann Dual Function Charcoal/Gas Model# 810-3800-S

Brinkmann Dual Function Charcoal/Gas Model# 810-3800-S
Brinkmann Corporation
It's two grills for the price of one. It is a $100USD gas grill mounted next to a $100USD charcoal grill, or some variation of the prices. Can you tell the quality of each one? The truth is that these combination grills might seem like a good idea, but when one side rusts out and becomes unusable the whole unit becomes a waste of money and space. The Brinkmann Dual Function at Home Depot this year is one of the least expensive examples of this grill, that while it might seem like a good idea at the store, doesn't tend to be one in the long run.

7. Char-Broil 4-Burner Convective Propane Gas Grill Model# 463211513

Char-Broil 4-Burner Convective Propane Gas Grill Model# 463211513
Char-Broil LLC.
This is a standard $200 Char-Broil gas grill. Offering 4 main burners and a simple side burner, a basic function grill, a low price, but don't plan on it lasting very long. The lightweight cooking grates, burners, and burner covers won't take a lot of punishment and will start to corrode early. If you are only interested in a grill with limited cooking performance and don't plan to keep it long then this isn't a bad investment, but I just wouldn't want anyone thinking that this is the last grill they will ever own.

8. Brinkman 4-Burner Gas Grill Model# 810-2410-S

Brinkman 4-Burner Gas Grill Model# 810-2410-S
Brinkmann Corporation
This basic unit offers you a full feature gas grill at a discount price (around $200USD). The four burner design gives you lots of versatility in your cooking. With the addition of a side burner you can do virtually anything but rotisserie. This grill is, however, limited in durability thanks to its reliance on low quality materials and lightweight construction. All stainless steel parts, including the tubular burners at 400 series stainless. The knobs and handles are plastic. The "features", like the bottle opener and flip up front panel are more gimmick than gadget. There are certainly better grills out there.

9. Char-Broil Gourmet 2-Burner TRU-Infrared Model# 463251413

Char-Broil Gourmet 2-Burner TRU-Infrared Model# 463251413
Char-Broil LLC.
This 2-burner gas grill is perfect for small spaces. The TRU-Infrared Gourmet uses the same infrared technology Char-Broil introduced in 2008. By heating a metal U-shaped infrared emitter the grill works by completely separating the flame from the food. This technology can generate high temperatures with less fuel consumption, making it a more efficient way to grill. This 2-burner unit gives you 300 square inches of cooking space and does it for around $270USD. The downside is the limited lifespan of the U-emitter.

10. Brinkmann Dual Zone Charcoal Gas Grill Model# 810-3821-S

Brinkmann Dual Zone Charcoal Gas Grill Model # 810-3820-S
The Brinkmann Corporation
Over the years several companies have attempted to blend the convenience of gas with the flavor of charcoal. Recently there have been a few side by side grills. Basically this version is two grills, one gas and one charcoal mounted together on a single cart. Add in a side burner, albeit a weak one and you have what would appear to be a complete package, and all for about $300USD. Sound too good to be true? Well it should. The real question is, do you really need this 5 foot long, 120 pound all in one grill or would you be better served with separate grills. The truth is that this grill isn't that well built.
