Capital makes some beautiful grills with great features. This 304 stainless steel beauty features dual W-shaped 25,000 BTU burners, a 25,000 BTU infrared sear burner and a full rotisserie system. The construction on this unit is fantastic with complete seamless welds. If you have the option to take a look at this grill (or other capital units) I fully encourage you to do so. This is a brand that stands up with the best.

While the burners are pretty standard tubular stainless steel the heavy stainless steel cooking grates (the same as on DCS grills) give you fantastic heat transfer.
