Guide Review - Napoleon Ultra Chef Premier 360
Napoleon makes some of the best gas grills on the market. The Ultra-Chef series is their entry into the lower end market. While they have cut back on many of the materials, the heat and cooking abilities of this grill are very good for a grill under $500. Decked out with the full rotisserie kit you get plenty of versatility out of this unit. The large cooking area and dual burner design will give you enough capacity to grill almost anything you want.
At 42,000 BTUs, this grill is almost strong enough. For a cooking area of this size I would like a little more BTU but not much. You should still be able to get plenty of sear out of this one. The 20,000 BTU rear mounted rotisserie burner is a great feature. It's powerful enough to rotisserie cook a large roast in a decent amount of time. The high quality stainless steel burners and brass control valves will probably out live their 10 year warranty.
