Barbeque's Galore Turbo Elite 3-Burner Gas Grill

Barbeque's Galore Turbo Elite 3-Burner Gas Grill

Barbeque's Galore

The Bottom Line

Barbeques Galore imports its own line of grills. This one is the stainless steel version of their classic unit. This is a grill designed for cooking. This unit is certainly worth the upgrade. At about $1,000 you get heavy duty cast stainless steel burners and stainless steel cooking grates. A very good grill though it doesn't take advantage of more modern design. If you are looking at grills from Barbeque's galore this is really where you should start looking.

Guide Review - Turbo Elite 3-Burner Gas Grill Review

This model has been discontinued.

Barbeques Galore is the worlds first franchised grill store. They are a big company who imports grills primary made in China for the Australian and American market. It is an Australian company. The Turbo Classic line are towards the bottom of their grill lines. This grill comes in natural gas and propane, on cart or as an insert. Barbeques Galore has a good reputation for service and support and is in the business for the long haul (they have over 150 stores). I have never heard anything bad about their support.

This grill has three cast stainless steel burners producing 45,000 BTUs under a primary cooking area of 494 square inches. While this is a little light this grill does produce good, even heat, though you might want to give it an extra minute or two to heat up. The largely stainless steel construction makes this a nice shiny grill and the burners should last pretty much for ever. The stainless steel cooking grates a heavy and durable. You also get a rear mounted rotisserie burner with this unit, so even though you don't get a side burner (optional) you do get plenty of function.

This is a good grill for cooking. If you are serious about grilling this is a unit to look at. While you can get larger grills with more features for this price you are not going to see this quality of components. There are also a lot of options for this grill which also comes in a 4 and 5 burner configuration.
