Guide Review - Broil King Imperial 70
Not the most modern looking grill, but with the high heat capability of this grill and the wide range of heat control that the linear flow valves give you, this is a great grill. The heavy cast iron cooking grate and cast iron vaporization barrier will require more care than some grills but the durable construction and high quality stainless steel dual burner will make this grill last a long time. At 56,000 BTUs this grill has a lot of power.
This grill also comes standard with a full rotisserie kit and 15,000 BTU rear mounted rotisserie burner. This added to the dual burner design and great heat control makes this the perfect grill for any kind of grilling. Also included is a 10,000 BTU side burner which is powerful enough to heating sauces, but not for boiling large amounts of water. It also comes with a good warranty which you probably won't need.
Cast aluminum body with stainless steel pedestal stand and stainless steel cover over the lid.
