A particularly excellent grill if you like rotisserie cooking. This solidly build grill is more energy efficient than most models, meaning less trips for propane. The burners are specifically designed for the grill so this unit has great thermal properties and excellent, even heating. Pros

The relatively low BTUs (25,000) of this grill isn't as big an issue as you might think because of the excellent design that holds more heat than many grills in this price range. Ducane's grills are built with top ported burners and a closed design that holds in heat better than many cheaper grills. Also the high surface area of the cooking grate provides for quick searing and a good deal of heat retention. This means you get great grilling with less fuel. The features on this unit are great. You get a full grill with side burner and a full rotisserie kit that even comes with a roasting pan that you can use to catch drippings for making gravy or by adding liquid to the pan you can add extra moisture to the food you are grilling. The main body is cast aluminum and the pedestal base is wrapped in stainless steel making an attractive black and silver unit. The durable construction means it will last a long time. Take good care of this grill (buy a cover) and it should last for many years. |
