Guide Review - Member's Mark 39-Inch Professional Stainless Steel Gas Grill Review
This model has been discontinued. The closest replacement to this grill is the Member's Mark 32-inch Stainless Steel Gas Grill.Of the complete stainless steel gas grills to come out of China this is one of the lower priced units. However this unit is big and has some great features. What I particularly like about this unit is the infrared sear burner under the main hood that makes up for the limited BTUs on this grill. At 702 square inches of primary grilling space, this grill would need more power. Particularly, since this style of grill is heavily vented for design reasons. The sear burner gives you the ability to get a great sear.
Also on this grill, sold exclusively through Sam's Club is a full rotisserie system with a rear mounted infrared burner. This is a good set up for this grill. The problem with this grill, like most of this type is that features and appearance come before quality. While this grill doesn't have a side burner it is loaded with other features. The overall construction and design are limited to allow for the price. While $800 MSRP might sound like a lot, the steel allow makes up for most of the production cost.
Sam's club warranties this grill and has a reputation for great support, as does Grand Hall. Of all the Chinese manufacturers Grand Hall is one of the few who will actually provide direct support if needed. This is a nice looking grill and has good features. If you can get a good sale price on it you should consider this grill.
