The Bottom Line
This, most basic version of the Alfresco line of gas grills can be purchased without features for under $4,000. Add in the rotisserie burner and kit, infrared sear burners and a wide choice of side burners and the price goes up quickly. Of course for a grill of this quality it is certainly hard to beat. The cooking system on this grill gives you two dual controlled 27,500 BTU burners under a ceramic barrier that provides high, even heating on a professional level, after all this is a professional grill. The welded 304 stainless steel construction makes this a grill that will last for many years, if not decades.

Guide Review - Alfresco AGBQ 30-Inch Gas Grill
In 1999 Dale Sieden left Lynx Grills (the company he started 5 years earlier) to start up Alfresco Grills. The goal was to create a product line that would include everything imaginable for the outdoor kitchen. Alfresco seeks to become the most recognized brand name for outdoor kitchen equipment. One tall order.
This 30-inch gas grill is the smallest and most basic of the Alfresco line. At nearly $4,000 it doesn't seem that way, but given the quality of the construction from the welded 304 stainless steel body to the precision ceramic layer that evens the heat, protects the burners, and flavors the food this is a serious grill. Built to last and cook with professional capabilities this grill produces a tremendous amount of power that will sear steaks without infrared (though available as an option) and still treat fish and vegetables with the delicate heat they need.
