Ingredients:
- 2 pounds venison steaks
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation:
Place steaks in a shallow pan or large resealable plastic bag. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl and pour mixture over meat, cover and place in refrigerator for 6-12 hours. Preheat grill for medium heat. Remove steaks from bag and discard marinade. Place steaks on grill and cook for 5-7 minutes per side. When meat is cooked to desired doneness, remove from heat and serve.
