1. Lime & Basil Tilapia

The combination of lime and basil really adds flavor to the Tilapia. This dish can either be eaten along with grilled vegetables or sliced and served in tacos.

2. Red Snapper

This recipe calls for a whole fish. If you haven't grilled a whole fish yet, it isn't as difficult as it might sound. This is the traditional Mexican method for grilling snapper.
