Ingredients:
- 4 1/2 to 1 inch Tuna Steaks
- marinate in:
- 1/3 - 1/2 cup each Teriyaki and Soy Sauces
- 1-3 cloves fresh minced garlic
- the juice of 1/3 - 1/2 fresh lemon
- 1 tablespoon whiskey or sake (optional)
