Ingredients:
- 2-4 catfish fillets
- marinade:
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper flakes
Preparation:
Place catfish fillets in a resealable plastic bag. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl and pour over fish. Seal bag and place into refrigerator for 1-8 hours. Preheat grill for medium high heat. Remove fish from bag and discard marinade. Place fillets on grill and cook for 12-13 minutes, turning once. Once fish flakes easily with fork, remove from heat and serve.
