This salmon recipe is delicious and easy to prepare. You can add more wasabi paste if you want to give it a better heat.

Ingredients:
- 1 salmon fillet, about 1 1/2 pounds
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 red bell pepper, julienne
- 1 small white onion, chopped
- 3 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon wasabi paste
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Preparation:
Preheat grill for medium-high heat. Place salmon fillet, skin side down, on a large piece of aluminum foil. Combine mayonnaise, teriyaki sauce, and wasabi in a small bowl. Spoon over salmon and top with julienne red bell pepper and chopped onion. Seal fish with foil to form a packet. Place on grill and cook for 12-15 minutes, or until fish has a flaky texture.
