Making a Halibut Packet

When making your grill packets its best to have everything together and read to pack. In this packet we have a nice 6 ounce piece of halibut cut into a square. We will season, top with onions and peppers and then drizzle with a great little butter sauce. So here we have all our ingredients and several sheets of aluminum foil The foil pieces need to be large enough to fold over and completely encase the halibut pieces. You need an air tight packet to hold in the flavor.
