This Hot Wing Sauce or Buffalo Wing Sauce is a classic of modern times. This sauce goes on chicken wings that are completely cooked and still hot. Thoroughly coat each chicken wing. You can adjust the heat by adding ketchup to the sauce. This recipe makes enough sauce for about a pound of chicken wings.

Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup Louisiana-style hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon cayenne
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over a low heat. When butter is melted and all ingredients well combined remove from heat and toss with cooked chicken wings until well coated.
