Chimichurri Sauce

This Argentinian sauce goes well with just about any grilled meat. Try it over steak or grilled chicken breast and you'll have a delicious meal.

Prep Time: 12 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in small bowl, until well mixed. If not using right away, cover and place in refrigerator. Letting the sauce sit for a while will let the flavors blend more.
