BFI Truck Smoker

This custom smoker was made by the BFI company for use at their company parties. It is a 1/4 scale reproduction of a BFI garbage truck. The back of the truck opens up to expose the cooking chamber. The dumpster loaded on the front is a large cooler for holding refreshments. Imagine unloading your smoked barbecue out of the back of this smoker.
