This is a traditional Indian recipe for grilling chicken. The rich marinade gives the chicken breasts a lot of flavor. Grill these kebabs hot and fast and you'll have a delicious meal.

Ingredients:
- 2 pounds skinless boneless chicken breast
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 1/2 tablespoons ground coriander
- 2 tablespoons (1/4 stick) butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cayenne
- 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
- 12 6- to 8-inch bamboo skewers, soaked in water 30 minutes
Preparation:
Cut chicken breasts into 1 inch pieces. Combine with lemon juice, and salt in a bowl. Cover and let stand for 30 minutes. In a separate bowl combine yogurt, garlic, coriander, cumin, turmeric, and cayenne. Mix well and add to chicken. Toss, cover and refrigerate for about 3 hours. Preheat grill. Tread chicken onto skewers. Brush with butter and grill for about 6-8 minutes or until done. Turn frequently while grilling.
