- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme or 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Combine oil, lemon juice, thyme, salt and garlic in a small bowl. Place chicken in shallow baking dish and cover with mixture. Let sit in refrigerator for 30-60 minutes. Preheat grill. Place chicken on grill and cook for 12-14 minutes, turning half way through cooking time. Chicken breasts should be tender and juices clear.
