Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 pounds chicken wings, tips removed
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 green onions, sliced thinly
Preparation:
Place chicken in a resealable plastic bag or container. In a medium bowl combine vinegar, oil, salt, oregano, garlic, and green onions. Pour mixture over wings. Seal bag and toss lightly to coat. Place in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours.Preheat grill for medium heat. Remove chicken from bag and discard marinade. Brush wings with olive oil and place on grill. Cook for 8 minutes, turn, and cook for an additional 8-10 minutes. Remove from heat and serve with favorite dressing.
