Chicken Wings with Balsamic Marinade

This tangy chicken wing appetizer is best served with a creamy dressing, such as blue cheese or feta.

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 pounds chicken wings, tips removed
  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 green onions, sliced thinly

Preparation:

Place chicken in a resealable plastic bag or container. In a medium bowl combine vinegar, oil, salt, oregano, garlic, and green onions. Pour mixture over wings. Seal bag and toss lightly to coat. Place in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours.

Preheat grill for medium heat. Remove chicken from bag and discard marinade. Brush wings with olive oil and place on grill. Cook for 8 minutes, turn, and cook for an additional 8-10 minutes. Remove from heat and serve with favorite dressing.
