This is a delicious chicken kofta recipe that you can have in a sandwich or by itself with a side salad. Either way, you'll be happy with the results.

Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon cilantro, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Preparation:
Preheat Grill. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowls. Form mixture into 6-8 koftas (a sausage shape)around a metal skewer. Place koftas on grill and cook for 10 minutes. Make sure to turn occasionally to avoid burning. Serve on sandwich rolls with favorite condiments.
