Ingredients:
- 36 chicken wings, minus tips
- 1 1/2 cups olive oil
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon dried red pepper, crushed
- 1 tablespoon peppercorns, crushed
- salt to taste
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients, except wings, in a large mixing bowl. Add wings, toss to coat. Cover and allow to marinate in refrigerator overnight.Preheat grill for high heat. Skewer wings and place them on grill. Baste them with remaining marinade, cooking each side for 8 minutes. When done, remove from skewers and serve immediately.
