Ingredients:
- 36 chicken wings, minus tips
- 1 1/2 cups olive oil
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon dried red pepper, crushed
- 1 tablespoon peppercorns, crushed
- salt to taste
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients, except wings, in a large mixing bowl. Add wings, toss to coat. Cover and allow to marinate in refrigerator overnight.Preheat grill for high heat. Skewer wings, spacing them 1/2 inch apart, and place them on grill. Baste them with remaining marinade, cooking each side for 8 minutes. When done, remove from skewers and serve immediately.
