This recipe is perfect for a large crowd since there is such a variety of beef and sausage. Remember that you can mix and match to your liking. If you prefer a different type of sausage, or would like to add chicken or lamb to the recipe, by all means, do so.

Ingredients:
- 1 porterhouse steak, sliced 1 inch thick
- beef flank steak, about 1 pound, sliced 1 inch thick
- 1-2 rib-eye steaks, sliced 1 inch thick
- 6 pre-cooked Bratwurst, cut in half lengthwise
- 1 1/2 cups Italian dressing
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 teaspoons fresh oregano, chopped finely
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Preparation:
Prepare meat and place into a large bowl. Combine remaining ingredients and pour onto meat. Coat meat with marinade, cover and place in refrigerator for 6 hours. Preheat grill for medium heat. Remove meat from bowl and discard marinade. Place meat on grill. Cook flank steak for 18-20 minutes, 12-15 minutes for the porterhouse and rib-eye steaks, and 3-5 minutes for the sausages. Move meat to cooler part of grill and allow to sit for 5-10 minutes before serving.
