This marinated steak recipe is ideal for those of you who are carb conscious.

Ingredients:
- 2 pounds sirloin steak, about 1 inch thick
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 small onion, minced
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
Preparation:
Place steak in a glass dish or a zip-top bag. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat. Cover and allow to marinate for 1-12 hours. Preheat grill for medium-high heat. Remove steaks and discard marinade. Place on grill and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or to your liking. Remove from heat and serve.
