Grilled Beef Kebabs with Citrus and Horseradish

This delicious yet simple recipe has the combination of orange marmalade, barbecue sauce, and horseradish as a basting sauce. You can use either beef or pork for this kebab recipe.

Prep Time: 12 minutes

Cook Time: 12 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound beef sirloin, cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/3 cup orange marmalade
  • 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • skewers

Preparation:

Preheat grill for medium heat. Combine all ingredients, except beef, in a small bowl. Thread meat onto skewers and place on grill. Cook kebabs for about 12 minutes, basting every few minutes. When cooked, remove from heat and serve.
