These grilled kebabs can be served on the skewer with a nice salad or placed in a pita to make a delicious sandwich.

Ingredients:
- 1 pound beef top sirloin, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 2 red bell peppers, seeded and cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1-2 large yellow onions, cut into 1 inch chunks
- 4 metal skewers
Preparation:
Place steak pieces in a large bowl. Add all ingredients into bowl except, red bell pepper and onion. Mix well and cover. Place in refrigerator and allow to marinate for 1-4 hours. Preheat grill for medium heat. Alternating, thread beef, red bell pepper, and onion pieces onto skewers. Place on grill and cook for 15-18 minutes, turning once. Remove from heat and serve
