Cornell chicken crisp, crunch and bite, Member pollotom

I went to Cornell U. in the late 70's...."" Never heard of this recipe. Graduated and worked for the Monroe County Cooperative Extension for several years where the senior agents frequently roasted 75-100 chicken halves for summer events. WOW... the aroma that filled the air was a memory never to forget... like July 4th fireworks, iced watermelon and iced beer ... anyway ... Marinate for at least several hours.... Stab the chicken parts relentlessly with a grill fork (pounding for boneless will work too), S-L-O-W roast the chicken and you will have a crisp, savory and succulent protein that will be a favored summer memory. You gotta remember to SLOW roast on the grill ...as in Low temp... or you will get flames, soot, acrid, DRY, foul fowl... Simple recipe Superior result Best of luck
