Whether on smoked or grilled chicken, this barbecue chicken sauce will add extra flavor to your freshly cooked bird. This sauce works well on anything from rotisserie chicken to thighs, drumsticks, or even wings. So, slather it on for a tasty treat. 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ketchup

  • 1/3 cup red wine vinegar

  • 1/3 cup brown sugar, packed

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon mustard

  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

  • 1 teaspoon liquid smoke

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

  • 1/4 tsp salt, or to taste
