This hot barbecue sauce works really well on chicken and pork ribs. The horseradish gives this a good heat that doesn't burn (much).

Yield: Makes about 2 1/2 cups
Ingredients:
- 1 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup prepared horseradish
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation:
Place all ingredients in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and allow sauce to simmer for 10-15 minutes.
