Shrimp and Scallops Citrus Kebabs

1/2 pound scallops
1/2 pound large shrimp, shelled and deveined
zest of 1 lemon
juice of 1 lemon
juice of 1 lime
juice of 1 orange
3 tablespoons orange liqueur

Combine all ingredients in a nonreactive bowl and refrigerator for 2 hours. Remove scallops and shrimp from marinade and thread onto skewers. Preheat grill. Place kebabs on grill and grill until done. Total cooking time should be about 6 to 8 minutes.
