You know, the stuff you throw on the grill or in the smoker when you have family and friends over for the big party (the impress the guest food). So this week I thought I would ask you about the foods you cook when it's just you and the people who live at your address, the typically stuff. So, generally:

Funny you should ask that question Derrick because last night we were going to grill and we couldn’t decide between fish/shrimp or steak. One of my girls wanted fish, one wanted shrimp and hubby wanted steak. Rather than being the deciding vote and hearing how unfair I was being from my 8-year-old when I didn’t side with her, we did all three! Steak & shrimp kabobs and small salmon filets. Worked out great and the new sauce I tried on the salmon (dijon mustard, Texas Pete, celery salt, garlic, rosemary, cuman and thyme) was a huge hit as it was just tangy enough to have a little zing.
