Rotisserie turkey is a great way to cook turkey for any occasion. Two things not commonly known about rotisserie turkey is that it is best fresh and delicious 30 minutes off the grill. Also, preparing a rotisserie turkey is quite simple. With a grill (charcoal or gas), a rotisserie kit, and a turkey, we can achieve a much tastier turkey than the oven.
