Big Green Egg has teamed up with Chris Capell of Dizzy Pig Barbecue to produce a new line of seasonings to be sold exclusively by Big Green Egg dealers. These should be hitting stores anytime and come in six flavors that work with a wide variety of meats. Best thing is that these seasonings contain no MSG, gluten or artificial preservatives. I just got the collection in the mail and I will be using them in the near future so I can give them a complete review. However, I will say this, Chris is a genius of flavor and from an initial tasting, these are some very good rubs.
