You might not think of Ireland as one of the capitals of barbecue. Think again. Ireland hosts the European version of the World Barbecue Championship and you'll find real barbecue sauce served up here with loads of dishes.

Hi, wanted to pass on http://irishsmoke.ie because they offer Irish BBQ products not seen elsewhere with lots of Irish history behind the product. Check it out! Thanks!

Try http://www.sneakypeat.com as it is the O’Riginal and the forerunner of Irish Smoke and Irish BBQ internationally. The two owners were partners and wrote the book on the subject. Happy Irish BBQ’ing

Mike’s BBQ in Clonakilty is the best barbecue I’ve eaten in Ireland. He calls it “pit” barbecue because it’s cooked low and slow.. all I know is that it’s savage.

I agree, his ribs and bbq pork are outrageously good! I understand that they are now available in Cork City at Scott’s restaurant, among other places.
