Traditions suggest that this is the last big grilling weekend of the season. With the kids heading back to school and cooler days on the horizon (apologies to those in the Southern Hemisphere) grills and smokers will get packed up and put safely away. Yeah, right. Your not going to let a few snow flakes send you packing. So enjoy your long weekend and get ready for next weekend, because barbecue season never ends.
