Chances are you cook one turkey a year so you've only got one shot at getting it right. There are a lot of ways to cook a turkey so whether you are roasting, grilling, frying, smoking, or putting it on a beer can here are some recipes to help.

I do my turkey in a Weber Kettle every year. Simple and easy. Kingsford mesquite, turkey massaged with butter, seasoned with salt, pepper and poultry seasoning, a couple of lemons in the cavity.
Cook it indirect for 1 hour breast side down, flip it and finish in 1 1/2 to 2 hours more. Always juicy and that nice mesquite flavor.
