A Good Time for Lobster

Recently my friend Hank was saying that Lobster is Cheap Now. Apparently there has been a good year harvesting Maine Lobster while demand has been at a recent low. This means a glut of Lobster on the Market so if you are so inclined, now is the time to buy.

No sooner had a read this posting than I got an email from the fine folks over at Red Lobster talking about grilling Rock Lobster. Now, I've know for years that grilling is the way to cook lobster. You get the high intense heat you need to get it cooked quickly with all the flavor of the grill. Fortunately for us Red Lobster has offered up some videos and a recipe so you can do it too.
