The grill Dad threw burger, steaks, chicken pieces on was an old charcoal brazer that looked like a giant upside down Frisbee. There was no lid. You poured in the charcoal, lit it and grilled. He did a good job with the simplest of tools. Now Fiesta Gas Grills has introduced a computer controlled, $900, 4-burner gas grill with side and rotisserie burners. Aiming for the "set it and forget it" crowd this is a huge grill (its over 6 feet end to end) that turns that backyard barbecue into a precision appliance that will leave your oven green with envy.

A few years ago you couldn't imagine a grill that had to be plugged in (unplugged its a very average grill without all the bells and whistles (literally)). The temperature can be set to within 5 degrees and the grill will adjust to hold this temperature despite wind, flare-ups (maybe) and other environmental factors. Well, either way this is one grill that is going to fill my inbox with questions so I've put together my review and will continue to monitor how this grill sells, and how well it holds up. Thanks for the update. I drove by the store that was there for years and surprised to see it was gone. I bought the best brbq ever there. I loved the Turbo grill. Know where to find them?
