Emergency Grilling

With hurricane Ike barring down on Texas its time we all took a look at our emergency preparedness. In our technology driven times it is hard to do even the most simple tasks without electricity. This includes cooking, but with a grill (gas or charcoal) and some planning you can continue to prepare good meals even if your stove and oven are down for the count.
