Video: Trussing a Chicken

Trussing is a way of tying a chicken so that it holds together while cooking and so that the legs and wings don't stick out and get burned. This is a great way to tie up a chicken for the rotisserie rod or pretty much anyway you want to cook it. This video shows you how to do this simply and easily.
