Pulled Pork Step by Step

Pulled Pork is the cornerstone of American barbecue, dating back to well before the Revolution. In the old days whole hogs were were slow roasted to perfection and shredded by hand to be served to the hundreds that showed up to these old style barbecues. These days pulled pork can be easily prepared on a small scale for any need. Follow these simple steps and you, a pork shoulder and a smoker will be making great barbecue.
